We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, let us know.

To return something, please email support@gigiseasons.com. All returns require authorization by a Gigi Seasons team member within 14 days of the delivery date. Unauthorized returns are not eligible for refunds.

  • Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Any order discrepancies must be reported via email to support@gigiseasons.com within 7 business days of your purchase.
  • Received a damaged product? We'd be happy to assist. Please contact us at support@gigiseasons.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • We're not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the sender-so check that info twice!
